Meet the Founder – Tanita Gilbert Alexander

I’m Tanita — speaker, entrepreneur, engineer, Realtor®, and above all, a woman who knows what it’s like to reinvent herself many times over. My journey includes a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, an MBA, nearly 30 years in project management, and a calling to empower others — especially women — through faith, wisdom, and strategy.

I’ve led multimillion-dollar infrastructure projects, launched multiple businesses, raised children, embraced love later in life, and now, as a grandmother, I’m building a legacy I believe in.

I created InspirHer Wisdom not just as a blog, but as a movement — a place where wisdom meets encouragement, and where you’re reminded that you are never alone in your journey.
